about myself
Welcome to my site! Want to know a little more about me? Here’s 20 statements:
1. I’m typically private when it concerns myself, and I feel ridiculous when I make “about me” paragraphs.
2. I’m 24, and I work for a church in Texas.
3. I love to read and write.
4. I’m in the process of going completely organic in my food choices.
5. I love beauty, and all things beautiful. Art. Photography. Music. Children. Life.
6. I have a genius for a brother, and it’s daunting at times.
7. I know what deep, true, and forever love feels like.
8. I’ve felt pain in my heart deeper than words, and sometimes the scars come back to visit me.
9. I’m a college graduate, and I would like to go back to school.
10. I’m a word nerd.
11. I want to write a book before I’m 30. Only 6 more years to go!
12. I am a control freak/borderline OCD, and a perfectionist. 100% type A personality.
13. I’m having a really hard time coming up with 20 things about me.
14. I’m voting for Obama in the presidential election (provided that he beats Hillary in the primaries).
15. I love to sing. I did it all through college. Music is one of the most sacred loves of mine, and I am hard pressed to share my passion with someone who cannot appreciate it.
16. I LOVE random trivia.
17. I’m a Norman, Oklahoma girl at heart, even though I’m in Texas. Go Sooners!

19. I believe in these 3 things: Integrity of Heart, Skill of Hands, and faithfulness. Always, be a person who is full of honesty and integrity. Even when things go wrong- let it not be because you acting as less of a person than you are meant to be. Always work hard at developing your strengths. Make your skills and talents better. Lastly, never give up. When I die, I want the people who knew me to say that I was honest, a hard worker, and faithful to the Cause, even at the end.
20. I love God with all my heart, my mind, and my soul. I believe that people should be motivated by love, and not hatred. Too many Christians give Christ a bad name.
I am looking for relatives of Terry McGrew from Oklahoma City. Terry was a close friend and mentor when I was young – 40 years ago. His son (if I remember correctly) was named Todd.
Thanks,
Steve Ripley
